Angela Carr Klitzsch is a successful executive leader and civil servant with more than 20 years experience building consensus and engaging in collective impact efforts focused on community, workforce and economic development.
As president & CEO of EmployIndy, she developed the workforce development board’s first strategic plan and brought to market new, innovative and collaborative solutions to address systemic barriers to long-term talent development. Growing from $14M to $43M in revenues over six years, Angela identified gaps in programs, policies and partnerships and developed several new initiatives as a way to provide value-add to the community including Talent Bound, Modern Youth Apprenticeship, Job Ready Indy, Project Indy, YES Indy, Indy Achieves, Good Wages Initiative and the Rapid Re-employment Response (RRR)/Talent Network.
Prior to Angela’s appointment in 2016 by Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, she was Vice-President of Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and oversaw local corporate giving, community engagement and civic outreach for Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia. Angela also worked for the Central Indiana Community Foundation, designing and executing on a $20 million Family Success community leadership program. Additional experience includes working for a family foundation, The Clowes Fund, Inc.; Callahan & Associates in Washington, D.C.; and serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Moldova.
Angela has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and history from The University of Notre Dame, and an MPA in Nonprofit Management and MA in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University. She currently serves on the School of Public and Environmental Affairs Distinguished Alumni Council and the board of RecycleForce.

Aimee Robertson-West has been serving communities in Indiana through nonprofit community development, cancer care, public education philanthropy, and women’s advocacy for many years. She serves on national publishing nonprofit The Facing Project's Board of Directors and on the Advisory Council for the Indiana Community Action Plan Poverty Institute. She is a mom of 4, writer/photographer, alumna of Ball State, a former public educator, community planning organizer, rural victim rights advocate, and CASA.
She helps steer civic education, consensus building, and women's advocacy efforts in East Central Indiana, has served as Political Director for two congressional races, and is especially dedicated to policy reform and combating mis/disinformation to improve health, education, equity outcomes, and economic, land, housing, and working conditions in Indiana.

Kennedy is an Indianapolis native who graduated from Winston-Salem State University in 2021 with a degree in Political Science. Kennedy has several years of campaign and political experience. Prior to Women4Change, she worked as a Policy Coordinator Intern for Urban Leaders Fellowship, and most recently worked in Customer Service for Citizens Energy Group utility company. “I am excited to join the Women4Change organization as we continue to advocate and make safe spaces for women in Indiana.”

Stephanie graduated from Columbia College Chicago and has been working in finance with over 10 years of experience. Stephanie has been involved in initiatives towards racial reconciliation and ending human trafficking through organizations including LivingUndivided and A21. She is also working towards a certification in Music Therapy with a concentration on young adults and mental health. Stephanie is passionate about the values and mission of Women4Change and is excited to be in the company of people who champion advocacy and make a lasting impact on the community.
MARISSA MCKINNEY

Marissa is from Indianapolis and graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s in political science and international relations. She is working on completing her master’s in international relations. Marissa has years of healthcare, legislative, and campaign experience but always knew that she wanted to use her education and skills to help the betterment of women in Indiana, the state she loves and calls home. Voter access and education is something she holds dear; she devoted the entirety of her years as an undergraduate, participating in clubs that centered around getting college students to vote.
