This training put on by our sister organization, Ready to Run, is geared for those interested in running or working on a political campaign and will provide tools to build on and increase skills to communicate and respond. The goals are: 

- Experience greater self-awareness

- Assess accountability in a variety of situations and challenges

- Address conflicts respectfully without "giving in"

- Tune up listening skills

Ann Daniel grew up in central Indiana and has lived in several other parts of the country before returning home thirty-three years ago. She is married, the mother of a daughter and stepson, and the grandmother of seven. She retired two years ago after a 30-year career with the Community Health Network, initially as a family therapist on the Children's Psychiatric Unit, and later, as Director of Relationship Effectiveness, working with staff and physicians. She has also had a private psychotherapy practice, specializing with her husband in working with couples.
