Changing the Systems 101: Ending Hunger

  • Interchurch Center 1100 West 42nd Street Indianapolis, IN, 46208 United States (map)

Truly ending hunger means changing its systems—Bread for the World, Indy
Hunger Network, and Women4Change Indiana are joining forces to present this
class on changing the systems that impact hunger. The end of hunger is within
our grasp! Everyone has a part to play, and hunger cannot be ended without our
government playing its part. Hunger advocates can make a major difference by
helping our elected officials understand how policies and priorities can help end
hunger. In this course we’ll explore the key skills and best practices needed in
making systems change.

The class will take place at the Indiana Interchurch Center, 1100 W 42nd Street, Indianapolis
Cost - $20, scholarship support available.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.

The lead facilitator will be Dr. David Miner, past Board Chair of Bread for the World and of Indy Hunger Network.
