Women4Change (W4C) was founded in 2017 with the mission of improving the lives of women and commmunities in Indiana through civic education, civil dialogue, and responsible civic participation. We work to create positive change and recognize that an informed citizenry is essential to the civic health and well-being of communities and of democracy. Over the years, W4C has created multiple programs, including a series of educational videos about the Constitution, “Civics, Civility, and Consensus” workshops and training guides to help improve civic life, and Civics Education Conferences.
Women4Change, in partnership with The International leadership Association, invites you to participate in a Virtual Collaboratory featuring Jess Rimington and Joanna Cea, authors of Beloved Economies: Transforming How We Work. This interactive webinar builds on the foundation of the civic education programming that is at the heart of the work of Women4Change.
Join us on December 7 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM to learn about seven key practices that cultivate civic participation and responsible leadership that strengthens organizations and communities.
