What did we accomplish this session?
We advocated for women’s economic stability in Indiana.
Through a press conference, letters-to-the-editor and legislative meetings, we drew attention to the complex issue of women’s economic stability.
We brought attention to the maternal mortality crisis in Indiana.
Maternal health is now a priority for Governor Holcomob. There is bipartisan support for requiring Indiana businesses to offer reasonable pregnancy accommodations.
We pushed and informed a statewide conversation about consent.
We gathered more than fifteen hundred stories of sexual harassment and assault for our Clothesline Day at the Statehouse. We also helped our members send letters to their legislators about the importance of in-depth consent legislation.
Your voice matters. With your support, we will continue to advocate for Hoosier women.
