We hope the Indianapolis City-County Council will join communities around the state in support of a model resolution (initiated by Common Cause) in favor of redistricting reform.  

Committee Chair, Vice President Zack Adamson will be reviewing this issue during the October 25th meeting. If the resolution passes out of the committee, then it will up for a vote of the full council on November 6th.

Now it is up to us. If you live in Indianapolis, please contact your council member to express concern about gerrymandering and your support for this resolution. We also encourage everyone to attend the October 25th meeting in person.
